Seadragon Systems provides cloud-based software solutions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.
4. Fees and Payment
Some features of the service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account in a timely manner. All payments are processed through Stripe.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seadragon Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
