Refunds
Since our products are digital software-as-a-service offerings, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription period has begun or credits have been used. However, we want you to be happy with our service. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied to your payment method.
